Returns & Refund
At The Good Vibes Store, every product is created, packed, and shipped with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
- This is because our products include spiritual items, crystals, salts, sprays, incense, and ritual tools, which cannot be resold once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and outer packaging
- Email us at: [your email here] or WhatsApp [your contact number here]
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the damaged item (subject to availability), or
- Store credit, or
- Refund (at our discretion)
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:
- Used or opened products
- Crystals, salts, sprays, incense, oils, and ritual items
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Important Notes
- Natural crystals may have variations in color, texture, or shape. These are not considered defects
- Slight variations in handcrafted items are part of their natural beauty
- The Good Vibes Store is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners after dispatch
