SMUDGE : DRIED LAVENDER

How to Use : 

Light the Lavender and start walking clockwise from the main door of your space / house office. You can move the Lavender in circles to make sure the smoke gets in to each corner of the space. Finish smudging the whole house and space with the Lavender. Once you are done if any left you can put it off. 

You can leave it burning in the main center of the space as well. With the intention that all heavy emotional energies not for your highest good blow away with the smoke. 

Please remember to keep the windows open when you do this.
